Payment Options

We provide several ways for you to make your monthly mortgage payments, so you can choose the method that is most convenient for you.

Automatic Payment Drafting

There is no charge to have your monthly mortgage payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. To set up this free service, download an Automatic Drafting Authorization Form and follow the simple instructions. If you need assistance call our helpful customer service associates at 866.660.5804.

Online Payments

To make an electronic payment directly from your checking account, Click Here, or visit the "Make a Payment" menu on this site. Payments, including weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Payments will be reflected on your account within one to three business days following the payment posting date.

Pay by Mail

Mail your personal check, cashier's check or money order with your monthly statement coupon in the envelope provided. If you do not have your payment coupon, please write your loan number on your check. See below for payment mailing addresses for regular mail.

Additional Payments

Additional payments can be submitted by mail and applied towards loan principal or your escrow account. Some loans may contain a prepayment charge clause and additional principal payments may incur a prepayment charge. If you are unsure, please review your loan documents or call a Customer Service associate at 866.660.5804.
