In an interview with Kim Moore from Oregon Business Magazine, Sortis Executive Chairman Paul Brenneke spoke about his current approach to real estate and rescue and distress investing. The Sortis Rescue Fund was launched in 2020 to capitalize on opportunities available due to the pandemic and subsequent economic fallout.
Sortis has placed two distressed investments thus far in direct result of the pandemic. In the interview, Brenneke dives into why those were solid investments and lays out his approach for the coming months in retail, restaurants, office, and hotel.
